While waiting for the bus to go to Sandling station this week (Tuesday 27th Oct 2009), I caught sight of the Kingfisher which I haven't seen in over a year.
We will over the coming weeks be adding various content to this site. Hopefully a full set of photos covering all the wildlife and flowers etc we have had in our garden.
I have just had a look at the new timetable starting in December and it does little for passengers who travel from Sandling or Westenhanger. The Charing Cross train that was at 6.35am is now 6.26am, 4 minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive at Sandling Station. I will have to get the 6.44am which will get me to work in Canary Wharf for 8.45am instead of 8.25am which is the time I get in at the moment. This change in schedules is to try and force people to use the more expensive Javelin trains which go into St Pancras. It will stop at Stratford but Ithere is a long walk to get from the new international station to the Jubilee line.
I think its a damn cheek. I already pay nearly £110 a week. |
